Galaxy’s Edge is the Disney Company’s themed Star Wars land in Disney’s Hollywood Studios, one of four parks in Walt Disney World, Florida. As soon as you step foot in Galaxy’s Edge, you’ll feel like you’ve entered another universe.
Everything you see, hear, and experience feels like you’ve left Earth and traveled to a galaxy far, far away. That includes the food.
Ronto Roasters is one of the quick-service dining options in Galaxy’s Edge. Below, learn everything you need to know about it, including what it serves, how to find a table, and more. That way, you can decide if it’s the right place for your family to refuel.
Ronto Roasters: The Basics
Ronto Roasters is a food stand with a limited menu on Galaxy’s Edge. Although it has a more limited menu than Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo, it’s ideal for a quick meal or a hefty snack.
Where is Ronto Roasters Located?
Ronto Roasters is in Galaxy’s Edge. When you enter the main gates for Hollywood Studios, head to the back of the park and the left.
Once inside Galaxy’s Edge, Ronto Roasters is in the middle of a lot of the action. It’s near the entrance to the more narrow walkways lined with shops, across from Savi’s Lightsaber Workshop.
All About Galaxy’s Edge
Galaxy’s Edge is part of a more recent trend in theme parks to build immersive lands based on a sole media franchise. Some other examples include the Avengers Campus in Disneyland Paris and Hogsmeade and Diagon Alley (Harry Potter) in Universal Studios Florida.
Therefore, everything you find in Galaxy’s Edge will make you feel like you have entered another world. Not even the trash cans look like regular ones!
Galaxy’s Edge is a small settlement called Black Spire Outpost. Within the Star Wars universe, a diverse and colorful group established Black Spire Outpost on the planet Batuu at the end of the known galactic world.
Because of its remote location and colorful past, it is not entirely controlled by the First Order or the Resistance.
Ronto Roasters Theme
How does the theme of Ronto Roasters contribute to the overall atmosphere of Galaxy’s Edge? Because Black Spire Outpost is remote, the people who live there have had to get creative and make do with available supplies.
If you look, you’ll notice that the Pitmaster (a droid!) roasts the meat on a repurposed Podracer engine. It doesn’t get more resourceful than that. The Ronto (which he’s cooking) is a large mammalian creature native to Tatooine.
There’s some excellent decor in Ronto Roasters to look at while you enjoy your food, so be sure to take a careful look around!
Quick-Service Dining at Disney World
As we mentioned, Ronto Roasters is a quick-service dining location. That means that Ronto Roasters does not take reservations, and you will not have a server come to your table.
Instead, you can place a mobile order or get in line and order from a cast member. Either way, you’ll pick up food from a window and carry it away. Mobile ordering is available through the My Disney Experience Mobile App.

The Ronto Wrap is the most frequently ordered item, but all four food menu items get a lot of attention. Many people snub pork rinds, but they get a serious upgrade in this Kyryll version.
Moreover, the fact that half the menu is plant-based also makes vegetarians and other meat-sensitive guests very happy.
Is there seating at Ronto Roasters?
Yes, but it’s limited. We recommend using mobile order, waiting for a party to finish, and snagging their table.
What if we can’t find a table?
With ample seating, you can head to Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo around the corner. The food is meant to eat on the go, so feel free to browse the shops instead of sitting.
Can I order breakfast items all day?
Unfortunately not; breakfast items stop selling at 11 AM daily.
Where else is there to eat in Galaxy’s Edge? Hollywood Studios?
If Ronto Roasters’ menu isn’t tickling your taste buds, there are many other places to grab some grub in Galaxy’s Edge and the park.
