When Frozen came out in 2013, it took the world by storm. Anna and Elsa quickly became some of the most famous Disney characters to grace our screens and the Disney World Resort Complex in Florida.
If you’re planning a trip to Disney World and want to come face-to-face with Anna and Elsa for photos and autographs, you’ll have to know where to look for the sisters. To save you some time when you’re visiting the parks, here’s where you can meet Anna and Elsa and other places where you can see these Frozen characters.
Where You Can Meet Anna & Elsa
While you can probably see Anna and Elsa walking around sometimes, the best place to meet them is at their meet-and-greet spot in Epcot. The Frozen sisters at Epcot’s Norway Pavilion take photos and sign autographs.
Epcot’s Norway Pavilion
Epcot’s Norway Pavilion is the only place throughout the parks where they do their official meet and greet. You’ll wait in one line and get to meet both Anna and Elsa separately.
You can also pose for photos and get their autographs if you want! You’ll love meeting them here because it’s the only place as of now where they wear their Frozen Two outfits.
Times You Can Meet Anna & Elsa
The Royal Sommerhaus opens daily at 9 am, and they’re there usually until 6:45 pm. The show times can change unexpectedly, so be sure to check for any time changes.
Places You’ll Find Anna & Elsa
Besides standing in line to meet the sisters at the Norway Pavilion in Epcot, there are a few other places throughout the parks where you can see Anna and Elsa in action. While you won’t be able to take photos with them at these places, we felt they were important enough to mention.
Magic Kingdom’s Festival of Fantasy Parade
The Festival of Fantasy Parade is a tribute to the new Fantasyland area of the park with beautiful and innovative floats and some of your favorite characters. Princess Anna and Queen Elsa make an appearance in the parade too!
Parade Times
This parade happens almost every day at 3 pm, but you can check the parade times sign at the front of the park when you arrive in case something has changed for your visit.
Magic Kingdom’s Castle Forecourt Stage
For those visiting the Magic Kingdom and want to catch a show with Anna and Elsa, you can head to the Castle Forecourt Stage to watch Mickey’s Royal Friendship Faire. The show is an adorable experience with Anna, Elsa, Olaf, and other Disney favorites. Elsa even sings her famous song, “Let It Go.”
Show Times
Mickey’s Royal Friendship Faire happens daily at the park. If you want to make time to see this show, the show times are 11:10 am, 12:50 pm, 2:05 pm, 4 pm, and 5:30 pm. These times are subject to change due to weather, etc.
Disney’s Hollywood Studios’ A Frozen Sing-Along Celebration
Disney’s Hollywood Studios has one of the best shows to see if you’re a huge Frozen fan. For the First Time in Forever: A Frozen Sing-Along Celebration can be found at the Hyperion Theater. It’s a fun show where you can listen to the enchanting tale of Arendelle with Anna and Elsa and other fun characters.

Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas is a holiday event that runs from November through December in the Magic Kingdom. During this time, there are special parades that you can catch, including the Once Upon a Christmastime Parade, where you can see Anna and Elsa make an appearance.
Parade Times
Unlike other parades in the park, there are two times that you can catch this parade during the winter holiday. The first parade starts at 8:30 pm and the second one at 11:00 pm.
Magic Kingdom’s A Frozen Holiday Wish
A Frozen Holiday Wish is a holiday show featuring Anna, Elsa, Olaf, and Kristoff that you’ll love. It’s on the Castle Forecourt stage in the Magic Kingdom. The show’s ending is especially magical when Elsa covers the castle with icicle lights that twinkle.
